Print and Pack
Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached.
Drop Off Shipment
Take your package to any authorized carrier location listed on your return label and keep your tracking receipt for reference.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
